Mission Brief

Knobs & Brass is a long established door hardware business in Melbourne that is looking to raise its profile with a full business re-brand and the launch of a new ecommerce website.

They have been operating as a physical store for over 20 years but realise the need to now have an ecommerce website that highlights their range of business services as well as the products they want to start selling online.

Objectives

• Provide consulting and advice to ensure a well executed solution
• Provide full project management including sourcing designers and a photographer
• Integrate designed website templates into a suitable ecommerce system
• Setup credit card payment processing with PCI compliance
• Provide technical support and training for using the ecommerce system
• Provide secure hosting with a comprehensive backup solution

Roles

Project manager, technical lead, developer and hosting provider including ecommerce system selection, setup and ongoing support.
